DeBank, Zapper, and other portfolio trackers don't detect them.
Merunas Grincalaitis's December 2017 PallyCoin ICO. The contract is a custom OpenZeppelin RefundableCrowdsale variant where claimRefund() additionally calls token.refundTokens(msg.sender, tokensBought[msg.sender]) — meaning you must still hold your full PAL allocation to claim. Soft cap missed and the contract finalized into refund mode. ~43 ETH remains in the RefundVault, of which ~40.6 ETH is claimable by 35 stragglers who never sold their PAL. The remaining ~2.7 ETH is locked for 9 holders who sold some PAL.
